Continental USA only. Please email for Alaska or Hawaii shipping

of the USA.

Items will ship within
1-2 business day of order, unless specified in product description.
Returns

Diecast NOW offers a 10 day guarantee on
all its product against defects, wrong product or shipping damages.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and will be
exchanged for the same product.
All returns must be approved by Diecast NOW via
Email or phone. You
will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which
must be printed on the outside of the shipping box.
Product returned without our authorization will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Any item returned that is not damaged will also
incur a 20% restocking fee.
Pre-Orders:

If you purchase with
direct credit card, your card will not be charged until we receive
the preorder from our supplier and the item is shipped.

Shipping dates are
tentative. Please be patient. We are at the mercy of the
manufacturer of the diecast on these dates. Occasionally they
have delays. We make every effort to relay this information to
you by email and updates to our website. Please check our
